Job Requirements:
  • Ability to travel 50%
  • Prefer Office location Rochester, NH minimum 3-days per week
  • Remote office preferred in north-east US; close to major airport. Ability to be at Alkegen facility in Rochester, NH up to 3-days per week.
Responsibilities:
NBD Platform Manager responsibilities:
  • Reports directly to the Global Growth Leader to facilitate new product platforms to market/customers
  • Responsible for working closely with the commercial sales Team to develop growth platforms utilizing VOC and VOM interviews/data
  • Gather and organize input from the VOM and VOC to suggest technologies and NBD opportunities
  • Generate product /technology platform literature to assist sales team and commercial communication
  • Work closely with cross functional teams in operations, R&D, applications engineering, sales, marketing and finance to assist with technology/product transfer
  • Ability to assist and document machine trial activity, or equipment testing
  • Lead projects/programs associated with growth initiatives
  • Provide technical support to sales/customers
  • Actively run new business opportunity reviews utilizing the IDRR process and Stage Gate
  • Manage and report program/project management updates utilizing tools provided, including not limited to MS Project management, Power Point, Spreadsheets, etc.
  • Participate/lead in Continuous Improvement activities and special projects
  • Attend Trade Shows, Conferences, and Committees related to strategic markets
Qualifications/ Experience:
  • 3-5 years technical sales/marketing/new business development/new product development
  • Experience in chemical/non-woven/paper/ materials manufacturing
  • BS/BSE/Masters: Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Physical Science
  • Filtration experience a plus
