Job Title: Millwork Project Manager

Supervisor: Millwork General Manager

Summary: A high-end custom millwork fabrication company in Brooklyn, NY is seeking to expand its project management team. Project Managers oversee the complete process from job acceptance through installation of our millwork. This includes working with shop drafters, architects/designers, and general contractors. Our PM team also help with fabrication and overseeing of the fabrication of each piece to create a truly hands on, artisan approach.

Ideal candidates are experienced with millwork, self-starters, able to work independently, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Please note other duties may be assigned.

• PM Assigned
• Complete project checklist
• Field measurements
• Signed VIF’s by GC
• Create a material list with the assistance of the production Manager on scheduling and update client accordingly.
• Provide quality control on site.
• Close our projects

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Supplemental Pay Types:

• Bonus Pay
• Commission Pay

Software: Microsoft Office, Procore, Buildertrend
