We're looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team, who understands that every member of our practice has a unique and valued role, and we can only deliver care to our patients as a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering inbound calls and coordinating communication with patients, physicians and other medical professionals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with superb organizational skills and an ability to maintain the confidentiality of all patient information.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and visitors to the clinics.
• Answer the telephone and transfer calls.
• Schedule appointments, lab tests, and surgeries.
• Communicate changes in patient's condition with other medical staff.
• Triage patient phone calls to appropriate departments.
• Provide information to patients on how to best use their doctor's services.
• Answer questions and educate patients on health-related issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
