Medical Receptionist

Interested in being part of a growing team of professionals dedicated to helping others see their best? We are seeking a dynamic and personable tech to join our tight knit team. We want to WOW every patient that comes through our doors and we want every patient to leave feeling their needs have been met. We have three locations, North Bend, Snoqualmie and Sammamish and among the three locations we are open Monday through Saturday.

A positive team-work attitude, willingness to learn, professionalism, customer service and people skills are each important to excel in this position. Additionally, computer, internet and typing skills are required. If that sounds like you, we look forward to meeting you!

Responsibilities to include (but not limited to):

• Greeting patients
• Gathering insurance, obtaining coverage information and prior auths,
• Answering phones, directing patients to the correct department
• Collecting payments, posting charges, communicating monetary directions to patients
• Documenting medical information in our practice management and EHR systems

Eyecare or medical office experience is very helpful, but not an absolute requirement as we will train the right person with a strong interest in learning. Our front office staff may work in any of our three offices. We are following COVID guidelines: all employees and all patients are screened and required to wear a mask, and we sanitize all surfaces between patient encounters.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
