Come join our growing team! Kenney Orthopedics is seeking a Marketing Representative to support the Indiana market. This position will be responsible for:

• Analyze the demographics of the Indiana territories to determine which marketing strategies can be implanted (smaller territories vs larger territories)
• Conduct new referral source development including cold calls, drop-ins, etc. Develop ample pipeline of potential new referral prospects. Provide service support and follow-up on referrals.
• Build and maintain collaborative and consultative business relationships with practitioners/practice managers for continued business throughout the Indiana territory
• Maintain a creative mindset for social networking & social media platforms
• Document and keep track territories visited, points of contact and what came of each visit, to make public with each practitioner and Marketing Manager.
• Assist with event planning and execution of event; travel to each location for events as directed by the marketing manager
• Assist the marketing manager with Amputee Walking School schedule, marketing and fulfillment of all scheduled courses
• Social gatherings during and after “company time” is key in building personal relationships with referral sources to build trust and to refer to KO.
• Order and handle swag fulfillment for KO offices within Indiana
• Knowledge of current / changing trends & education courses offered within each territory.
• Knowledge of different advertising techniques and strategies.
• Occasionally interact with patients, empathize and offer support
• Other duties as assigned
• 70% daily travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23,473.57 - $97,317.29 per year
