We are a fast growing company looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to perform a variety of marketing and promotional functions.

We work with home growers and commercial growers all over the world. You'll be joining us on the ground floor, which means that we all grow together, we work hard and we celebrate success.

You will be reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be responsible for developing strategy and executing marketing plans. You will have the opportunity to work directly with our sales team and our customers. You will work directly with our Advertising Agencies to manage our digital presence (website, blog, social media, influencers) as well as public relations and print advertising. You will be the key coordinator for trade shows.

Other duties may include making travel and meeting arrangements, fielding phone calls and email from customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS Excel and Word. Graphics experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a huge plus. Familiarity with social media management and CRM systems is a must.

Responsibilities

• Build brand awareness through various media outlets
• Plan sales and advertising campaigns
• Collect and analyze market research data
• Design and oversee ad layouts
• Work with our agency to collaboratively create an ad campaigns
• Keep track of and balance budgets
• Manage social media, website and ecommerce interface
• Manage trade shows
• Book travel arrangements as required
• Support the executive team

Skills

• Familiarity with management of Social Media platforms
• 5+ years experience in a marketing, advertising and brand management
• Experience with digital marketing, websites and ecommerce
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word, in particular)
• Working knowledge of graphics software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• College degree
• Positive attitude, flexibility, quick reflexes and confidence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
