Job responsibilities summary:

• Maintain the consistency of the brand identity and guideline
• Identify opportunities and tendencies in the market that could benefit the brand
• Create monthly and quarterly marketing reports, CRM, budgeting, others.
• Implement and supervise marketing campaigns and advertising
• Coordinate events and marketing initiative on traditional and digital media
• Evaluate the campaign’s performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing metrics
• Manage the relationship with supplies and contractors
• Manage promotional materials and promotional items for marketing purposes
• Among other responsibilities

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing and/or communications

Experience

Three years minimum of industry experience

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication

Fluently Bilingual

Attention to detail

Organization and project management skills

Critical Thinking and problem-solving skills

Knowledge in various platforms and marketing best practices

Knowledge of managing social and digital content, and e-mail

Able to move forward projects independently with minimum supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

• San Juan, PR 00922: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
