Position: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Troy, VA

Summary:

Har-Tru, LLC is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. This position will work closely with the Director of Marketing to implement marketing and branding initiatives. Participate in plan development and implementation with business unit key stakeholders to gather information, coordinate initiatives, gather feedback and ensure projects are on time and on budget.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be a champion of the company's vison, mission, values and brand.
• Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
• Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
• Act as the store owner and manager, proactively identifying new ways to bring people into the stores and convert them to customers.
• Develop and execute a coordinated communications strategy to extend our brands and support company objectives.
• Be a champion for the customer and identify ways to add value for them. Actively seek feedback on our brands, products, and services. Stay connected to industry trends and changes in the marketplace.
• Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
• Prepares comprehensive marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
• Monitors and works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
• Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
• Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred. Applicable years of experience may be used to substitute for formal education
• At least 4 years of direct marketing experience
• Strong working knowledge with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook, NetSuite, Adobe Suite of products, Creative Cloud Suite, HTML, and Wix
• Approximate travel of 15%
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business written materials.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals or groups of employees, managers, customers, and vendors.
