Job Description:

The Manager, Pharmacy Operations is responsible for the daily operations of the pharmacy. Serves as the "Pharmacist-in-Charge" as defined by the Virginia Board of Pharmacy and is otherwise responsible for the overall regulatory compliance of the site.

Requirements:

· Doctorate degree in Pharmacy. Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy

· Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy is acceptable for those who earned their Pharmacy degree prior to 2000

· Five years of hospital pharmacy practice with supervisory experience required

· Licensed as a Pharmacist by the state of Virginia required
