Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager ICU will develop and support the strategic direction and operational needs of the department. In this position you will implement, assess, evaluate, plan, develop and organize programs and services to assure our mission is achieved.

What qualifications you will need:

• ACLS required upon hire or transfer OR within 3 months of hire or transfer
• BLS (American Heart Association) required upon hire
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification must be complete within 90 days of hire.

• Current unencumbered South Carolina or Multistate Compact Registered Nurse License required

• BSN required; MSN or MBA preferred

• 3+ years of acute care nursing experience required; 1+ years of experience in leadership within healthcare required
