The Child and Family Institute of Fairfield County is an outpatient mental health facility that has been in existence since 1996. We provide evaluations, and individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (MSW / LMSW / LCSW), License Mental Health Clinician (MHC / LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT / LMFT) to be part of our multidisciplinary team and work collaboratively with community providers and agencies. We are looking for individuals with a strong commitment to providing excellent mental health services and to improving the lives of children and their families.

* Must possess master's degree in social work, professional counseling, or marriage and family therapy.

* Must possess strong evaluation, diagnosis, and clinical treatment skills.

* Must be licensed or license ready. Weekly supervision and clinical team meetings will be provided.

* Must have experience in providing individual, group, and family therapy.

* Must have experience in developing and implementing treatment plans.

* Must work well in multidisciplinary team environment.

* Must possess skills to work collaboratively with community providers and agencies.

*Ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and colleagues from a wide range of cultural, social, and economic backgrounds.

* Organized, highly motivated, and proficient in record keeping.

* Minimum of 2 years experience working with patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
