LEASED SWINE FACILITY OPERATIONS MANAGER

The HANOR Company of Wisconsin, a leader in US Pork Production, has an opening for Leased Swine Facility Operations Manager in Iowa.

Responsibilities include:

• Keep all swine leased facilities operational and in good working condition.
• Responsible for grounds maintenance, which includes mowing and snow removal.
• Maintain the exterior of the leased swine facilities in an acceptable manner.
• Oversee all maintenance staff to ensure compliance with biosecurity rules.
• Ensure environmental and manure pumping protocols are followed.
• Work with swine production staff on training and labor.
• Provide farm equipment and supplies when needed.

Requirements for this position:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Knowledge of fundamental mechanical, electrical, carpentry, or plumbing of swine facilities
• Verifiable experience at the Farm Manager Level or equivalent
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Team player and Detail Orientated
