Pay rate: $17-23/hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Bed & lawn preparations, digging proper size holes for plants, laying sod & seed/hay

• Ensure all gas-powered tools are filled before leaving the yard

• Participates in in-house training

• Assists Crew Leader in keeping Yard, Vehicles and Properties Clean.

The Successful candidate(s) will have a minimum of 0-2 years' experience and the following skills:

• Minimum - can understand, give, and receive basic information (single words spoken, sentence comprehension) in English and Spanish with Crew, Crew Leader, and Field Manager.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Consistently on time to work with good attendance.
• Able to perform physical demands of the position including frequent bending, stooping, stretching; carrying tools or materials; Safely lifting and move 50 pounds regularly.
• Work outdoors in all [safe] weather conditions.
• Available to work overtime during peak season from March 15th – December 15th (Weather Dependent) Mid-Summer June-July Slower.
• Must be a hardworking, self-motivated, team-oriented individual that is able to perform independently without direct supervision.
• Ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently is a plus.
• Must have valid driver's license.
