Make design, engineering and construction recommendations, adaptions, and modifications. Supervise field, staff, and project-level engineers.

Applies ongoing analysis to the project. Integrates the project with cross-functional objectives. Maintains risk, actions, issue and decision log.

Attends weekly Corporate HR calls. SHRM certification also considered a plus. Maintain UltiPro records regarding benefits, personnel transactions such as hires,
