Immediate Openings for Partial Hospitalization / Intensive Outpatient Therapist
$6,000 Sign on Bonus Eligible!!
The Hospital for Behavioral Medicine is seeking motivated and enthusiastic clinicians to build the PHP/IOP Programs. The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program is seeking Therapists to provide psychoeducational groups to the following populations listed below (but not limited to):

  • Women’s Only
  • Dual Diagnosis
  • Older Adults (55+)
  • Adolescent’s (11-17 years old)

Essential Duties:

  • Complete a psychosocial assessment for newly enrolled patients and suggest appropriate referrals based on the patient’s presenting needs.
  • Provide daily groups (3 groups for IOP, 4 groups for PHP) and complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner
  • Work as a part of a multidisciplinary team to create a personalized Treatment Plan.
  • Work collaboratively with the Utilization Management Team for an individualized discharge plan
  • Performs related duties, as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field preferred.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; and have strong clinical assessment skills preferred.
License: Must possess a Massachusetts State license in social work or clinical related mental health field (LMHC, LICWS, or LMFT).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
