Audit Innovation is looking for a Business Analytics Lead Analyst to join the Enterprise Solutions team. The Audit Innovation function works with members of Internal Audit to identify automation opportunities and develop repeatable solutions. The Business Analytics Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within the field and contributes to directional strategy. This role is to assist enterprise solutions team in developing, testing and managing solutions and stakeholder. It require a functional knowledge of banking processes and related risks and controls.

Knowledge & Responsibilities:

• Subject matter expertise in the execution of audit processes.

• Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

• Leading the enterprise change request / enhancement release cycle - including testing of the solutions.

• Engaging with stakeholders on the requirements, testing and signoffs.

• Working closely with technology partners on the solution development.

• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

• Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities

• Recommends actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to DevOps policies and procedures

• Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving solution strategies

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and

Qualifications:

• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning new technologies

• 5+ years of business / audit analyst experience in providing automated solutions to business needs.

• Experience at a highly regulated global company a plus

• Working knowledge of SDLC process and creation of business requirements

• Experience of the following areas would be a plus:
  Business Intelligence including use of statistics, data modeling, data mining and predictive analytics the Banking Businesses (i.e., Institutional Clients Group, Consumer, and Corporate Functions)
  Project Management / Solution Development Life Cycle, Auditing.

Education:

• Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
