1. Completes assigned projects

• Informs C&N and college/university of any changes in the internship.
• Completes all coursework-related projects in a timely manner.
• Complies with all rules and expectations set forth by C&N and the college/university.
• Tracks internship hours daily.

4. Training and Education – Completes all assigned training as established in a timely manner, including compliance, certification & licensure, and other developmental requirements.

5. Customer Service - Exemplifies C&N Customer Service Standards.

Assignments/ projects:

• Research and analysis - conducts research on SharePoint best practices, user interface design and current trends in the industry, analyzes the current intranet design, content and functionality, suggests improvements.
• Design and development - collaborates with the team to create wireframes, uses SharePoint Designer to create and customize pages, lists and libraries to improve the user experience.
• User training – develops user training materials and provides employee training on how to use the intranet site effectively.
• Troubleshooting – identifies and resolves issues with the intranet site.
• Communication – communicates with stakeholders to gather feedback, addresses concerns and keeps everyone informed about updates and changes.
