Description of Role (Inside Sales):
It is a simple 3-step process:

• First: You will consult with individuals/businesses over the phone

• Second: Listen to their tax problems

• Third: Provide them with a solution

The best part? Not only do you solve our clients’ problems, you get paid for doing that! It’s that simple!

Training:

• Training will be 1 on 1

• Training will be indefinite as well; this will provide ongoing development and to sharpen your skill sets

• Our managers and team leaders will always be available to answer on the spot and provide support at all times to make sure you succeed!

Skills and Requirements:

• 1 YEAR MINIMUM OF SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• AMBITIOUS AND MOTIVATED INDIVIDUALS!

• If you can read, write, and speak well, you are more than enough!

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

• Fast learner, easy to get along with, and trainable

• Any skills that you are lacking we will invest time to train you!
