Assist with managing the day-to-day operation of the I.T. Department and provide PC, help desk and server support.

- Assist with on-going project development and implementation.
- Provide PC and help desk support on site and over the phone; troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Analyze, prioritize and respond to specific issues with Point-of-Sale, Debit/Credit and related systems.
- Perform upgrades and preventative maintenance to PC's and servers; ensure ongoing adherence to defined policies and procedures.
- Provide guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving guests or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.

Qualifications:
- Some college preferred with a focus on a computer system program.
- Valid state/provincial driver's license.
- Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of network topologies (i.e. Ethernet, 100 Base T), network protocols (i.e. TCP/IP), and applications (i.e. FTP, SSH, VNC).
- Ability to demonstrate expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
- Ability to demonstrate high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to troubleshooting software, hardware, and network problems.
- Ability to demonstrate hardware networking experience, cabling, termination, and switches.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
