Most providers designate a 4-hour window to accept calls Monday - Friday and only need to take weekend call on a rotating basis once every 5-6 weeks.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Keep an organized filing system of all accounts, statements, transactions, payments and debts. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business

Maintain flexibility of schedules to provide adequate front desk coverage. Maintain the calendar for conference rooms/training rooms.

Design, execute, support & implement centers outreach programs, events & training activities. Project management: 2 years (Required).
