First Impressions Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is the largest privately owned dental practice in Wisconsin; with 11 locations serving pediatric dental and orthodontic patients of varying ages, conditions and specialized needs. We're seeking a dental hygienist to elevate our already exemplary team of specialists. To be successful in this position, you’ll want to have the following experiences and capabilities:

An interest in working with kids of varying ages and abilities.

A heightened level of patience, sense of empathy and care catered to our young patients - they are certainly not just ‘small adults’ and benefit from a specialized care approach.

A collection of corny kids’ jokes at the ready is a plus!

Being a team player: adapting to the unique approach of each office and related staff, and using it as an opportunity to learn from others’ best practices (while sharing your own skillset with others along the way!)

Excellent dental hygiene skills and a desire to continue learning alongside and from fellow co-workers, including educational opportunities such as community sessions, CE courses, etc.
