Job Summary

This position is responsible for the maintenance of HVACR equipment in an assigned group of GetGo convenience stores within a geographical area.

Job Description

• Experience Required: 3 years
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Travel Required: Regional - Daily

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain safety as top priority in all aspects of your work, for team members and products.
• Responds to service requests related to HVACR maintenance issues.
• Minimum 50% Proficiency in the repair of equipment listed below.
• Responds to service requests for a wide variety of in-store equipment which include.
• Air conditioning
• Heating
• Walk in and upright coolers
• Walk in and upright freezers
• Refrigerated food service equipment
• Ice makers
• Communication with operations
• Able to route and prioritize their daily workload, based on priority levels and SLAs managing their workload via computer / phone
• Able to manage assigned inventory of parts and tools and meet auditing expectations of +/- 1% while also managing appropriate part levels.
• Appropriately maintain company vehicle and scheduled vehicle maintenance
• Work order management-Accurately complete all work order duties and responsibilities within our work order management system.
• Identify maintenance issues while on site and initiate and or create work orders as needed.
• Follow up on work orders and parts orders.
• Effective in communication with store operations personnel.
• Manage 3rd party vendors performance.
• Peer to peer support/recognition as SME.
