Ideally, what YOU bring:

• 1-2 Years as HVAC Installer or Service experience
• Positive, professional attitude with an ethical approach to service and sales
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely personable and able to interact with a variety of different people
• Coachability; a willingness to learn and try new sales techniques as needed
• Washington State Driver’s License and Proof of Insurability
• Clear background check
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfortable with innovative software systems
• Available M-F and one working Saturday with Monday off per month

The Comfort Advisor is a dynamic sales position focused on in-home sales of heating and cooling equipment. Sales leads will come from a mix of our outbound marketing efforts, and technician-generated leads; this is not a cold-calling position, though occasional outbound calls will be made. Consultants are responsible for handling their clients from the start of the process, through installation, and for maintaining contact between the client and the organization for the entire process.
