While this is a remote position, we are seeking a local candidate as the role will require onsite visits to our Corporate Office in Ellis Preserve, 3875 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073.

Responsibilities:

The Human Resources Planning & Growth Specialist is responsible for proactive resource planning and position management across the enterprise. This position will partner with HR, Finance and key stakeholders to evaluate position requests to ensure alignment to staffing models across the enterprise. The Human Resource Planning & Growth Specialist will lead the position control process by interpreting resource requests, identifying position escalations, working with finance to develop position escalation templates, conducting meetings with leaders to drive position control discussions and decisions. This position will manage the position request tool to ensure data accuracy and will generate reports and track trends. This position will lead position control discussions including presentation development.

The Human Resource Planning & Growth Specialist will manage resource planning efforts for new markets and growth, working with Finance to develop staffing plans and hiring timelines that enable proactive planning and hiring. Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop strategies to fill high volume positions for new and existing markets.

This position will work with Enterprise Risk Management to develop scenario plans based on potential membership and timelines to proactively identify potential resource impacts. In partnership with the Manger, HR Growth & Integration, this position will carry out these scenario plans as needed to mitigate risk for the organization including resource deployment tracking and hire ahead strategy and planning.

The Human Resource Planning & Growth Specialist will serve as a dedicated resource for the NBA team to execute on people and process deliverables related to ACFC growth initiatives to ensure organizational readiness and successful integration into the enterprise.

In addition, this position will coordinate HR project plans for each new business initiative and manage project tasks to meet overall project deadlines and actively maintain the content of the New Business SharePoint site.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience in Human Resources with a demonstrated understanding of all HR functions and COE model.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence decisions without authority and get work done through others. Must be comfortable communicating with all levels in organization, including senior management.
  • Ability to effectively facilitate meetings, both in person and remotely.
  • Attention to detail to ensure all aspects of a project are moving according to established deadlines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in creating PowerPoint Presentations.
  • Intermediate to Advance skills in Excel.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to identify business risks and issues.
