Massa Multimedia Architecture, PC. (MMA), is seeking a results-oriented human resources professional for our Monmouth County, New Jersey office with the ability to create and implement a comprehensive human resources experience. This is a professional position requiring discretion and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. Maintains personal employee information including pay, demographic, discipline, schedule preferences, accommodation requests, and family matters, in the strictest confidence. Protects company confidential information.
• Coordinates applicant flow processes from recruitment through selection. Coordinates hiring needs with senior leadership. Places recruitment ads, reviews resumes, and conducts initial interviews of job applicants.
• Create, implement and conduct onboarding and off-boarding procedures.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to monitor Performance Evaluation Program (including 90-day and annual reviews) for all employees.
• Investigate causes of employee disputes and grievances and recommends corrective action
• Administers benefits and compensation programs, including, but not limited to, Healthcare, 401(k), Workers Comp, STD, Unemployment, Cobra, Leave of Absences, etc. Ensure all information is disseminated, collected and processed according to deadlines.
• Collaborate with departments on employee performance and employee team-building activities in and out of the office. Recommend strategies to motivate employees and increase retention.
• Always maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with others in order to represent the company professionally
• Respond to basic Human Resources related questions regarding policy, PTO, etc.
• Keep up to date with current employment law for NJ, and SC
• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and/or Master's Degree preferred
• 5 years prior HR Generalist experience
• Strong PC, outlook, and excel knowledge
