Job Overview

Responsible for the day to day support of the HRIS system includes reporting to management any issues or concerns working on special projects representing the HRIS system, special projects, testing the system changes during upgrades and technical changes.

Qualifications

Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of an Associate's degree in Business or related field OR equivalent work experience. Three to five years of HRMS and/or payroll experience. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work well within a team. Strong knowledge of relevant laws and organizational changes that may impact HR information preferred. Knowledge of systems that support HR data in order to effectively use the capabilities of the systems, and to understand the impact that data entry has on how the data is managed by those systems.
