The Service Specialist I serves the Service Center by answering incoming calls from prospects and members to take and fulfill orders, answer inquiries and

Ability to clearly communicate ideas, business rationale and implications to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

Answers and screens telephone calls, arranges conference calls, coordinates schedules, makes appointments, and makes travel arrangements.

Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record. Proven self-starter who can take rejection, develop relationships, and close sales.

BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT or relevant field. Ansible or equivalent automated software installation and configuration management.
