Responsibilities:

• Partner with HR Generalist to coordinate on boarding materials for new employees
• All Kronos/ Payroll functions (time edits, absenteeism reports, LOA, etc.)
• Provide administrative support - record keeping, file maintenance, etc. operator for printers, fax machine and copier. Maintain supplies for HR
• Generate paperwork and OCR checks for all on-site candidates interviewing and maintains Export Compliance files for all site visitors.
• Prepare and maintain orientation and termination materials.
• Process check requests and PO's
• Assist and participate in various HR projects as required.
• Maintain all required material, documents and follow up on all temporary help
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of HR experience with some expertise in payroll is required
• High school diploma is required; Associate's degree is preferred
• Kronos experience is a plus
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Must have organizational skills and be detail oriented
