Arrived LLC is looking to fill a part time Property Inspector/Guest Services Agent position.

Skills/Requirements:

• Comfortable with basic technology; including smart phone app
• Ability to demonstrate an above-and-beyond work ethic
• Provide genuine hospitality while maintaining company policies and procedures
• Ability to problem solve, prioritize, answer questions and resolve issues efficiently
• Must have valid driver’s license, insurance and personal vehicle for use (fuel assistance provided)
• Availability to work and/or be on call weekdays, evenings, holidays and weekends as needed. Schedule may vary.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Check out and check in inspections
• Creation of Work Orders as needed
• Evaluate situations to determine when contractor/specialist assistance should be requested
• Deliveries and errands
• Guest assistance via phone and/or onsite visits as needed
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Schedule/Pay:

• Part-time - up to 19 hours per week (days/hours may vary) with potential for Full-Time position. Scheduled days will include Tuesdays and Sundays
• $24 / hour (DOE)
