Role: Growth and Transformation Consulting Leader (Aero Industry)

Role Type: Full Time (No 3rd Party or Contractors)

Location: USA- Remote

Travel: 80%

Compensation: $180k Max (Depends On Experience)

Years of Experience: 14+years

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or above.
• Previous manufacturing / plant solutions consulting and implementation experience (at least 10+ years). At least should have knowledge of one of the MES products – SAP, Rockwell, Siemens, Apriso etc.
• Actual shop floor working experience is a must.
• Experience and knowledge of Digital Factory / IOT is a must.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing industry (auto and industrial segment) knowledge in shop floor and quality.
• Self-confidence and an ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.
• Consultative approach to identify key business challenges and develop transformation vision with clients CXOs.
• Drive new transformation opportunities across the enterprise value chain (Product to Operations to Sales / Service to enterprise non-core functions like HR, IT etc).
• Direct delivery of transformational programs.
• Solid understanding of Aero industry segment – OEM and Suppliers.
• Hands on business experience in Aero industry.
• Consultative selling.
• Exposure to work with teams based in different geo and different time zones.
• Critical thinking, highly analytical, Data driven.
• Ability to work as a “lone warrior” or “as a team player.”
• 20+ years’ experience in transformational consultative selling.
• 8-10 years of proven aero industry knowledge.
• Proven strategic consulting background.
• Dealing with CXO / Senior stakeholders of an organization.
• Good digital background (IOT, Industry 4.0, Digital Levers influencing the industry etc).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $180,000.00 per year
