JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Graphic Designers responsible for applying each division’s established branding guidelines, ensuring completed work meets departmental quality expectations, and is completed within stated time frames. Must be responsible, detail oriented and excel at professional communication. Graphic Designers must be self-starters that are able to thrive in a fast paced environment, and demonstrate the ability to provide creative solutions to a variety of challenges.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, layout, and format graphic files to print and digital specifications, customer requirements, and within branding guides.

• Project types include: web page layouts and templates, digital assets, marketing collateral, social media content, presentations, trade-show collateral. Packaging and product design of licensed or in-house IP consumer goods, style guide creation and logo design.

Possess a deep understanding of production and play an active role in production file preparation. Create and assemble comps/mock-ups for presentations and production.

• Coordinate with the Creative Director/Managers, Sales Team and Marketing for completion of requests.
• Adhere to timelines, costing and production dates, and strive to beat targeted deadlines.
• Create or adjust dielines for packaging and POP structures.
• Have a basic understanding of brand strategy.
• Play an active role in the Creative Quality Control protocol.
• Maintain team and interdepartmental communication and relationships through strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
• Effectively present work to peers and internal clients.

QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or 3+ years of related work experience.

• Expert in Adobe Suite including Creative Cloud.
• Experienced in digital design including web, digital marketing and social media.
• Able to create and adhere to branding guidelines.
• Knowledge of packaging structures, materials and print production.
• Great sense of typography, graphic, and logo design.
• Maintain proper file management.
• Must work quickly and multitask while maintaining great attention to detail.
• Knowledge of 3D design/animation/illustration are pluses but not required.
• Knowledge and experience with Mac OS
