Position: Graphic Design Marketing Coordinator
Location: Meridian, Idaho (on-site)
Status: Full-Time
Rate: $50-60K per year

National company based in Meridian, ID that designs and builds high end custom homes across North America and internationally is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Graphic Design Marketing Coordinator that will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager. Candidate must be a dependable teammate that is driven by the opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing business, have graphic design experience and able to manage multiple, ongoing projects at the same time. This is a full time position located on-site at our Meridian office.

Qualifications:

• You will partner with the Marketing Manager to create and launch marketing materials and projects.
• You will use your creative skills to create content such as print materials, PowerPoint presentations, social media posts, email campaigns, and website content - and use your project management skills to ensure all projects are completed on schedule.
• Excellent communication skills, a positive team player attitude, and exceptional project management skills
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a graphic design and marketing role
• This is a fast paced atmosphere where you will work both as part of a team and independently

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Marketing Manager to provide tactical execution of marketing initiatives on a day-to-day basis
• Project manage all marketing projects using Asana software, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, special events, and webinars
• Create, send, and track email marketing campaigns
• Make updates to WordPress websites
• Create marketing materials such as print and digital brochures, PowerPoint presentations, magazine ads

Software:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) is required
• Adobe Cloud (InDesign or Illustrator, PhotoShop)
• Google Analytics, WordPress, Hubspot, Asana experience is helpful
