  • Take a Lead Role as a Global Biotech Talent Acquisition Manager

We’re looking for a Global Biotech Talent Acquisition Manager to join our 30-year-old, dynamic biotechnology market analysis and strategy firm. This is a professional position requires an independent, mature, highly motivated person with excellent communications skills. The candidate will use their superior networking and phone skills to create world-class panels of senior global experts across the biopharma and life science industry. Recruited panelists join our established teams and round-tables and are integral for our strategic research and analysis projects. This is a critical position that represents BioPlan to the industry.

BioPlan provides B2B market analysis and strategy for our global clients; our contract market research includes due diligence, market strategy, market sizing, trends analysis, new technology introductions, brand assessments, Voice of Customer research, and market launches—all aimed at improving our clients’ strategic and marketing decision-making. For decades, BioPlan has employed “virtual global teams” including Europe, the U.K., India and China.

Critical Job Skills:

  • Maturity and strong interpersonal and interview skills – able to connect with, and recruit VP and C-Level managers, and industry niche experts, for participation on BioPlan research panels.
  • Stamina to handle phone recruiting, screening, coordination and scheduling.
  • Communication skills to persuade on the value & importance of participating on our global panels.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term rapport with each recruit and panelist.
  • Excellent organizational skills to arrange interviews and coordinate multiple schedules.

Required Background:

  • 5+ years recruiting experience life science environment.
  • 2 years’ experience recruiting in biopharmaceutical, life science industry environment is ideal.
  • Project Management with multiple high-level recruiting projects simultaneously.
