Carry a current driver's license. Communicate with contractor, and other drivers. Good driving record with no traffic violations. Have a good driving record.

Experience with Quickbooks Pro and Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook. Must be detail oriented, organized, and have exceptional communication skills.

Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts. Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objective are met.

Maintain and build lines of communication and relationships with technical and non-technical departments within CIT, NIH and other government agencies.

Able to read building blue prints and articulate it in construction and ordering/doing take offs. Must have knowledge of residential construction.
