Kaizen Clinical Partners in the Rio Grande Valley are currently seeking Advanced Practice Providers to join their expanding primary care group. Practicing and recent graduate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistant’s to be considered.

Comprised of several primary care office locations across the Rio Grande Valley, Kaizen Clinical Partners provide a strong culture of value-based care to their patients and families.

Job Details:

• Outpatient Medicine in state-of-the-art clinics
• Office based, no hospital rounding
• Monday – Friday; 8 am – 5 pm
• Manageable daily encounter average – 10 -12 patients
• In house x ray imaging (site specific)
• No procedures
• Excellent compensation with incentives, bonuses and partnership track availability
• Spanish speaking preferred
