Experienced, expert QuickBooks and Payroll bookkeeper needed at urgent care clinic for uninsured Latino workers and their families in Santa Maria.

I'm gonna be honest with you, this is a clean up job, as books are not up to date, must be downloaded from online bank records, therefore the need for urgency and expertise.

Full time needed for the last week of December at $30 an hour for an efficient, expert bookkeeper to bring 2022 QB account up to date, port Payroll from Intuit Online Payroll to Paychex software for 5 employees and two contractors.

Knowledge of and experience with tax filing requirements, end of year filings, W-2s and 1099s.

No accounts receivable, no patient billing. Clover Point of Sale System used for all receipts, cash and credit card, backed up by paper daysheets system, in which all transactions are recorded in their respective columns.

Must have pleasant, cooperative, practical attitude along with a problem-solving approach to getting things done. Must be energetic and highly organized.

High degree of efficiency required, along with minimum 3 years experience in QuickBooks and Payroll software. No accounts receivable, accounts payable done through bank Bill Pay system.

Collaborates with and reports to manager and assistant manager.

Minimum 3 - 5 years experience, excellent references required.
$27-$30 an hour DOE for this week to the right candidate, willing to work as long as needed to finish the job this last week of December. Ongoing part-time job availability at $27/hr.
