Job Description :

Front Desk Coordinator

Established Sonora CPA firm, providing high quality accounting and tax services, is seeking experienced Executive Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who desires a long-term position with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

 Provide exceptional client care with a high level of professionalism
 Present outstanding communication skills in all interactions with clients and team
 Function as primary office contact and operate multi-line phone system
 Complete accurate data entry via keyboard and ten-key for various task
 Maintain excellent organizational skills in providing administrative support for office
 Manage office calendar and coordinate appointments
 Assist in maintaining tax and accounting files (in digital and hard copy format)
 Work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team
 Demonstrate ability to multi-task successfully and positively while managing a high volume of work
 Operate with value and respect for firm’s mission

Required Qualifications

 Must have computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft and QuickBooks
 Must have 3 years of successful experience
 Must have superior verbal and written communication skills
 Must have excellent interpersonal skills to assist in working with clients
 Must be a team player with a positive attitude

Bonus Qualifications

 Experience working in a CPA firm or tax preparation company
 Knowledge of Lacerte Tax software
 College education

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
