Description

The Executive/Personal Assistant will work closely with the Executive and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties.

Essential Job Duties

  • Daily check in with Executive to review current and weekly calendar
  • Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements
  • Manage the day to day calendars
  • Coordinate onsite and offsite, meetings, luncheons, breakfast events and dinner engagement
  • Coordinate the hosting of in house events
  • Perform a variety of office and personal errands
  • Conduct research
  • Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and recap meetings
  • Prepare Powerpoint presentations
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for executives
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Anticipate the Executive needs
  • Assist other Senior Management when needed with the same job duties listed above

  • Previous experience handling travel arrangements
  • Ability to speak effectively among executives, clients, and employees

  • Must be able to complete tasks thorougly and accurately, somtimes with little direction

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Well - organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow up skills
  • Must have 2+ plus years' experience Executive/Personall Assistant

Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Odessa, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
