We are also committed to educating parents, coaches, administrators and athletic trainers on the importance of a properly fit mouthguard.

What are we looking for?

Sport Guard Inc. is looking to immediately add a full-time/part-time hire that possess a high level of independence, is motivated, extremely detailed oriented, organized and works with a sense of urgency. A team atmosphere is very important at SGI, this individual needs to fit into a team mentality. All applicants please provide a cover letter, resume and references.

Hours:

Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm)

Overtime Pay Available

Daily tasks include :
- Finding elegant solutions to difficult problems
- Collaborating with production, management and Co-Founder directly

- Represent a brand with rectitude and in a positive light and by doing so bring a brand story to life!
-Downloading and processing of internet orders
- Performing front line customer service
- Grasp procedures and changes efficiently
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers

- Provide accurate and complete information using given tools and training

Requirements:

- 3-5 years customer service experience

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- QuickBooks experience preferred

- Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast paced environment.
- Self-sufficient and motivated
- Active listening skills and the ability to adapt quickly and respond to all types of individuals.
- Grasp company and product knowledge quickly
- Desire to advance in skills and leadership / customer management
- Personable, energetic and professional demeanor with a positive frame of mind
- Strong work ethic and moral compass
- Reliable and great at communicating with customers as well as a team

- High school Diploma or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
