Seasoned Financial Professional Seeking Licensed Executive Assistant/Financial Advisor willing to assist with branch office operation duties. The Executive Assistant/Financial Advisor needs to be very detail oriented and tech savvy.

Responsibilities

• Pre-appointment preparation for all Financial Advisors
• Post-appointment follow up/processing for all Financial Advisors
• Proactive client service updates
• Completing client trade request for all Financial Advisors
• Schedule appointments for Financial Advisors
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
• Client Fly-bys requiring prep and follow-up
• Aiding in marketing campaigns, such as seminars and client appreciation events
• Working daily in Microsoft Office (Particularly MS Excel & MS Outlook)
• Working daily in Adobe Acrobat
• Follow-up calls to clients to obtain additional information

Requirements

• Registered individuals with sales skill preferred (Series-6 and Series-63 Licenses)
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Particularly MS Excel & MS Outlook)
• Technology skills preferred
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Must be proficient in Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail and being able to think on your feet
