We are urgently hiring Call Center Representatives who want to get their foot in the door with one of the fastest-growing home improvement companies in the country! We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment that gives you the opportunity to make more than just an hourly wage! The ideal candidate will enjoy building rapport/urgency with every homeowner to persuade them to schedule a free home improvement estimate.

Status: Full Time

Compensation/Schedule:

Monday – Friday AM or PM shift. No weekends required!

• (AM Shift) 6:30 am – 2:00 pm starts at $16.50 + Uncapped Bonus!
• (PM Shift) 1:30 pm – 9:00 pm starts at $18.00 + Uncapped Bonus!
• Uncapped Bonus ($25 after first 2 appointments scheduled a day, each additional appointment you schedule is another $25 bonus) Average monthly bonus is $2,500 with Top Performers earning $4,500 a month in bonuses alone!

Job Duties:

• Schedule appointments with homeowners for free estimates on home improvement projects – No Cold Calling
• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
• Set and exceed goals in a production-based environment
• Follow up with previous customers for new sales opportunities

· Establishing relationships with homeowners to meet their home improvement needs

• Meetings with management to create personal growth/development plans

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to meet/exceed production standards
• Provide a great customer service experience to our clients
• Previous experience within a call center is a PLUS
• Must be 18 years or older

· Entering text or data into a computer utilizing a traditional keyboard
