Must have completed an CMA or CNA course from an accredited institution and have a current national certification certificate.

Providing patient counseling and answering medication questions (upon licensure). Providing immunizations (upon receiving certification).

Demonstrates appropriate knowledge of all VACU policies and procedures related to the teller area, including Security and Information Security Meets member

Telephone Skills: Must demonstrate hospital telephone etiquette by answering the phones promptly, courteously and by identifying department and self.

Current NC drivers license and clean driving record. Familiarity with writing invoices and answering billing questions from clients.
