We are a fast-growing start-up e-Commerce coffee retailer looking for a skilled analyst to assist us in evaluating our business's past and future performance. As an e-commerce analyst, you will be responsible for creating an Excel workbook that analyzes our business's current state and makes recommendations based on strategic input from our owners. Your work will help us optimize our performance and achieve our long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze past and present e-commerce retail business data for coffee, including sales, revenue, and customer trends.
• Develop an Excel workbook that incorporates the data to provide insights into the business's performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide future performance analysis based on strategic input from our owners, including forecasting sales and revenue, identifying new opportunities, and predicting potential risks.
• Ensure that all data analysis is accurate, and all conclusions are supported by data and are communicated effectively.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an e-commerce analyst, preferably in the coffee retail business.
• Proven track record of developing and analyzing complex Excel workbooks, including pivot tables and macros.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from large data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.

Terms of Employment:
