Wood Panel Wall USA is seeking a full-time, experienced and motivated Ecommerce Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are a manufacturer located in the city of Pacoima, CA. Qualifications:

· Work directly with customers internally through our website and e-mail.

· Address Client's inquiries regarding order availability; product lead times and adjusting shipping methods.

· Answer incoming calls from consumers to assist with general/basic questions related to our products.

· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

· Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Experience:

· Previous Customer Service Experience.

· Ability to multi-task in a high-speed working environment.

· Strong follow-up and time management skills are required.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with both existing and new customers, as well as coworkers.

· Possess excellent customer service and problem-solving skills with effective comprehension, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

· Good organizational skills

· Manufacturing experience is a plus!
