Responsible for leading efforts within our organization for recruitment of physicians and other providers to meet Sheppard Pratt Practice Association’s (PA) strategic and growth goals through consultative partnership with system leaders and recruitment team. Develops and investigates sources. Assists in determining marketing approaches; develops initial relationships with potential candidates and connects candidates with leadership and other peers to entice physicians and providers to join the organization; collaborates with Director, Professional Services and Human Resources and makes employment offers; completes necessary documentation; initiates the credentialing process; provides concierge and other onboarding services to ease the physician’s or provider's transition to the area or organization; and ensures compliance with all legal aspects of physician or provider recruitment functions.

This is a hybrid position.

Work requires:

• Comprehensive knowledge of human resources management, including employment laws and recruitment and selection procedures, as well as the ability to effectively communicate, acquired through a Bachelor’s degree plus 3-5 years of progressively more responsible recruitment experience or through high school education plus six to seven years of progressively more responsible experience.
• 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience required and experience specifically with physician or provider recruitment strongly preferred.
• Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) certification preferred
• Knowledge of physician compensation models required
• Experience with immigration strongly preferred
