Director of Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
Our Hospital has a wide range of behavioral healthcare services. We treat primary psychiatric and substance abuse disorders for adults and adolescents.
We have an opening for a Director of Partial Hospitalization.
Job Summary:
The Director of the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is responsible for managing the day to day operations including patient satisfaction, quality of care, staff management, census management and creating a plan to increase according to forecast.
This is a true leadership role responsible for all areas of the program including but not limited to promoting productivity, growth and staff morale.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience leading partial hospitalization programs
- At least 5 years of Clinical Experience
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling required
- Licensure: LICSW required
- Strong leadership skills
- Compliance with agency policies and procedures, standards set by the agency’s accrediting and regulatory bodies including The Joint Commission, and requirements of third-party payers
- Experienced with staff development including clinical supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
