We are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to direct and oversee our Marketing department at The Medical Resort at The Woodlands.

Facility is in search of the right candidate with extensive healthcare marketing and admission experience. Familiarity with the Woodlands, Texas area and local healthcare providers is a must.

Follow through is the most important quality we are looking for to ensure potential referrals are converted into admissions.

Experience:

• Nursing home: 1 year (Preferred)
• Healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)anning of the company’s objectives
• Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
• Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
