Ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences. Bachelors degree in related field preferred; 3-5 years of IT support experience required.

Transfers phone calls and provides phone messages to appropriate staff. Minimum two years customer service/ front desk experience in a clinical setting.

OTHER REQUIREMENTSMust possess and maintain a valid Washington State driver's license and good driving record throughout employment.

Valid Tennessee un-armed security guard state license required or obtained within 60 days of hire. Valid Tennessee driver's license; must be insurable.
