Not have any history of controlled substance actions toward their medical license. Completed an accredited MD/DO program with a national certification.

One year current experience in the area of practice within the past two years, current license and appropriate specialty certifications and credentials, and

Ensures prescription files and other manual records are maintained in accordance with all state and federal guidelines. Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.

CPR certification renewed bi-annually or upon expiration of certification. Bachelors degree in Social Work, Counseling or related human service field required.

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university or college. Assists in developing accurate methods and optimum operation layout.
