Responsibilities will include bi weekly Payroll, assistance/backup to the Accounts Payable processing, preparation and maintenance of various reconciliations,

Define, review and optimize design concepts, and drawings, Develop work scopes and coordinate with potential contractors and consultants.

Ideal Candidate would have maintenance background along with mechanical skills and basic electrical knowledge. Part time 20 - 30 hours per week.

Minimum of one year supervisory or management experience in the healthcare field. Maintain a good driving record. Assisted living: 1 year (Preferred).
